So tonight I’m excited to share my absolute favorite risotto recipe. It’s fresh, flavorful, and well..it’s not exactly a dry dish. That’s right–bust out the white wine, ladies–it’s time to cook! Risotto Margherita Serves 3-4. Unless your husband eats like mine. You’ll need: - I bag of Virgo Arborio rice - 1 leek - Fresh basil - 1 box of chicken stock - 1 small tub of cherry/grape tomatoes - 1 tub

It also means that in any given week we watch "The Lego Movie" no less than 8,637 times. (Ok maybe I exaggerate a bit but it sure seems like that.)
